So incredibly good, you will want more and more of it. Originally it started out as a fruit cake, then with a Jamaican infusion, it got elevated to new heights. Fruits soaked in rum and wine and blended well with a variety of secret spices, it is light and moist. This cake will definitely be the table talk, not just during holidays. It is the best by itself, but you may also serve it with ice cream. When I have a slice I like to heat it up for a few seconds. And remember, you are helping a good cause. 5% of the proceeds are donated to help Cancer Patients.
