There is no real celebration without a Holiday Fruit Cake. This cake is great to be enjoyed any time of the year just by itself, with whip cream or ice cream.

So incredibly good, you will want more and more of it. Originally it started out as a regular fruit cake, then with a Jamaican infusion it got elevated to new heights. Fruits are blended well with a variety of secret spices, it is flavorful and moist and definitely will be the talk of the table during the holidays. It is the best by itself, but you may serve it with vanilla ice cream as well.
