If you choose to substitute heat sensitive items, we will replace chocolates with other items to the same value, unless you choose 1 day express shipping. If you select the “I take the risk” option, we will not be able to take any responsibility for any heat related damages. Thermal packaging must be selected for all cake gifts with 1 day express shipping option. With cakes we will include icepack to keep them frozen.
